Refund Policy

Boing is offered solely as a recurring subscription. By purchasing a subscription you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not cancel the current paid billing period. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR PRORATED REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR SUBSCRIPTION FEES, PARTIAL BILLING PERIODS, UNUSED TIME, FAILURE TO CANCEL BEFORE RENEWAL, CHANGE OF MIND, LACK OF USE, HARDWARE ISSUES, DAW COMPATIBILITY ISSUES, OR USER ERROR.

Because Boing is licensed immediately upon purchase and provides instant access to proprietary software, subscription charges are non-refundable.

Improper chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of the associated license pending investigation.
